Ad Hoc Bylaws Review Committee
Chartered by the Board President per Article IX §4 and Article X §2 of the RUAA Bylaws. The Vice President of Operations chairs this ad hoc committee in their second year of office. The committee reviews each Article of the Bylaws, gathers input from standing committees, and presents recommended amendments for full-Board vote.
Purpose
Conduct the biennial bylaws review and recommend amendments to the full Board.
