Recruitment & Membership
Per Article IX §1 of the RUAA Bylaws, the Recruitment & Membership Committee solicits nominations from a representative cross-section of the Rowan University community — including the Board, the Alumni Association, and University faculty and staff. The committee publishes the list of nominees at least one week prior to election, partners with the Executive Committee to prepare a slate of officers, identifies nominees to fill vacancies arising from resignation, removal, or incapacity, and works with the Student Alumni Association to foster relationships with current students.
Purpose
Recruit, review, and present nominees to the Board for approval, and partner with the Student Alumni Association.
